This Monday I tried Cranberry Chili Meatballs...

Doesn't quite look like my picture...but hey...I made the meatballs from scratch!
I tweaked the recipe...of course!
I added a splash of cranberry juice, some orange juice concentrate and spooned the sauce over the meatballs.
It was a great way to use up that leftover Christmas cranberry sauce that was still hanging out in the fridge...which, btw...was homemade!
NO canned sauce in this house!
They were a big hit tonight so that's all that matters to me!
So we're back on track with Chili Monday!!!
