NO TWEAKS!
These people know how to put together a dish!!!
Well..I always bump up the veg & bean quota...that's a given!
And instead of using sour cream on top...plain yogurt is this family's choice.
Loved the initial step of the dry spice mix being used to dredge the diced steak and then searing it in the pan... the smell was amazing!!!
Everyone enjoyed the chili...again!
So many more recipes to try...
