I've just been busy/lazy!
Busy doing this 'n that...and too lazy to snap a pic!
I'm hoping to whip up a couple things for lunches and will share those soon.
If you're wondering about last weeks Chili Monday...
I used some left over chili and we had chili topped baked potatoes!!
The beauty of making bigger batches of chili is that I can pop some into
the freezer and have a quick supper every so often!
Take for instance this Monday...
I'm unthawing some Cincinnati Chili and using it for Chili Nachos...
