Pizza Soup!

You may be noticing a pizza thang going on...

I've started a "Pizza Friday" series for Fall/Winter.

's' is a tad miffed at me though...

I have yet to make a 'traditional' pizza!

What one recipe didn't have another did...
I did not use any mushrooms in my 'za soup...

 I just HAD to have some cheesey breadsticks to go with...

 This is actually what threw 's' off...

He heard and saw the Bosch going and so he figured I was making 'crust'...

He was sort of right...

I am SO pleased with how these came out!

They put those grocery store cheesey breadsticks to shame, Shame, SHAME!

The family says they are not eating them anymore!

LOL...

They were quite scrumptious... so soft and chewy!

And the soup was easy to do...

While 's' awaits his 'traditional' 'za...

He's LOVING the alternate choices!

BUT...

I trimmed down the mayo and bumped up the ricotta.

I also used some Asiago & Parmesan...

SO YUMMY!!!
