Broccoli Salad to be exact...
Behold...
When I first heard the list of ingredients for this salad
I thought... ICK!
BUT it's soooooo delicious!
It is one of our favorites during the summer.
So crisp, so sweet, so creamy and all with
a small kick of purple onion...
I KNOW!
I am SO NOT a RAW onion girl...
but I make an exception for this salad.
It makes the salad complete!
With all of those
contrasting/complimentary
flavors
WHY NOT
throw in some
purple onion too!
