`s` really wanted to grow some eggplants this year...
but we didn`t leave enough room for them in the garden...
(next year)
So when we travelled to Duncan to pick up some tomato plants from Mom,
we stopped at Russell Farm Market.
I spied some baby eggplants that were PERFECT for grilling!
Once we arrived home we washed and threw
those eggplants onto the pannini
to get those oh-so-delectable `grill lines`!
Then we assembled our sandwiches and gave them a turn on the pannini press too!
Yes, they were oh-so-tasty!
We`ll certainly be planting some eggplant specimens next year.
